The Lightspeed Self-Order Menu is a mobile application facilitating an autonomous ordering process for food and beverages in cafes, bars, and restaurants.

This technology has the potential to significantly diminish customer wait times, enhance order processing efficiency, and allow waitstaff to focus on customer engagement, which may ultimately lead to increased sales.

One of the notable features of the Self-Order Menu is its integration with Lightspeed's Restaurant POS system. This seamless connection enables quick setup and operation within minutes, utilizing existing product categories.

The application offers two distinct modes:

• Kiosk Mode - Suitably designed for quick-service environments, where customers can order and pay directly through an iPad, then await their order fulfillment.
• Table Mode - Tailored for establishments with table service. In this mode, each iPad is linked to a specific table, allowing customers to place multiple orders with assistance from waitstaff, settling the bill at the end of their meal.
